ck44 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement that applies to use of the ck44 platform ("Service", "Site"). By creating an account on ck44, browsing the site, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. The Bengali version shall be considered final for the purposes of interpretation. For any information relating to client services, please also read our About Us page.

ck44 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication, and registered users on the platform will be notified through appropriate channels. Continuing to use the service after any amendment means you have accepted the new Terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use ck44's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, both accounts will be permanently closed.
• Your account login details must be kept confidential. You must not allow third parties to use your account.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must remain active, as it is used for OTP verification and communication.

ck44 reserves the right to reject any registration application or re-verify account details. If an account is registered with false information, all transactions on that account will be considered void.

ck44 carries out an account verification process to maintain a safe and transparent environment. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal request or when claiming higher-value bonuses.

One or more of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
• A selfie photo with your ID (if required)

Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. Documents submitted for verification are stored confidentially.

All transactions on ck44 are handled through Bangladeshi payment methods. All amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only from verified accounts.
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.

Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not accepted.

ck44 bonuses are available subject to specific rules. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, and funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and before withdrawal you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional match offer. The maximum amount is always stated together with the percentage (100% bonus, up to ৳10,000).

5.2 Other Promotions

• ck44 Weekly Reload Festival: 20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wager 15 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• ck44 Slot Adventure Bonus: 30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wager 20 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• ck44 Cricket Champion Offer: 25% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wager 12 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• ck44 Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳2,000, wager 10 times, once per year.
• ck44 Refer a Friend Program: up to ৳1,500, wager 8 times, for each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
• The specific terms of the relevant promotion apply at the time a bonus is claimed.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ck44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

ck44 offers various entertainment services including casino games, slots, live casino, and cricket betting. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, ck44 may cancel the bet and return the original stake.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is refunded.
• For multi-bets, all selections must be correct in order to win.

6.2 Game Limits and Responsible Gaming

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is shown on the relevant game page. RTP is the theoretical percentage of total wagered money that a game returns to players over the long term — it is not a guarantee of individual winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44 platform:

• Creating or operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
• Registering an account or making transactions using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts to meet bonus requirements.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Making transactions with funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Harassing or making threatening behaviour towards other users.

Breaching these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8.1 Suspension or Closure by ck44

ck44 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms.
• False information provided at registration is proven.
• Failure to respond to a verification request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; bonuses will be cancelled if their wagering requirements have not been met.

The ck44 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. ck44 is not liable for any loss arising from the following situations:

• Loss caused by an interrupted internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
• Issues caused by errors or delays on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Login details being compromised due to the user's own carelessness.
• A game session being interrupted due to an unexpected technical error — in such cases the bet is returned.
• Financial losses by the user that are a direct result of gaming activity.

Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries financial risk. Do not place bets beyond what you can afford to lose.
